Guess what am I looking at?

When Emily and I were in a gondola at North Star ski resort during our 2014 Christmas trip with Eddie and Uncle Z, Emily saw the big snow for her first time. She was very excited.

Wind was blowing hard and the gondola was shaking hard too when we were quite high in the sky -- higher than trees. Emily looked down at the ground (at least I thought so) and asked: "Mom guess what am I looking at?"

I said: "trees?" "No!"

I tried again: "The snow on the ground?" "No!"

...before I tried more, she got anxious maybe and told me the answer: "I'm looking at the winter."

Woah. Wow. That's a pretty good one.
